Orders received before 3:45pm (3:15pm on a Friday) are normally dispatched that day on a DX Overnight service, and orders received after these times are scheduled for dispatch the following day. Whilst the vast proportion of orders arrive the next working day after we dispatch them it is not a guaranteed service, as with any courier there can be the occasional delay. Almost all orders do arrive with customers the following working day from dispatch.
We send bulky goods using DX. Smaller items are either sent through DX or via DHL, depending on the items in the order. As such, orders may be delivered by more than one courier at different times.
We are charged more by couriers to deliver to the Highlands, Northern Ireland, and Islands and some remote postcodes. You will be able to checkout as normal if you live in one of these areas, and we will get in touch with you after your order with a quote if extra charges apply as they vary according to postcode and items ordered. We do not add anything on to what couriers charge us, these quotes will be at our cost price.
