Mega bars are 40x40 steel bars for ultimate strength, fully zinc coated for corrosion resistance and come with complete fitting kits, black powder-coated with stainless steel fixings.(smaller vehicles are supplied with 40x30 bars complete with welded end loops for easy fastening of loads. A full range of bar accessories are available including bespoke rear rollers, new load stops, board stops, pipe tubes and ladder clamps. These bars have become the commercial vehicle industries favourite and will continue in production for all vans that have not been superceded by the new delta system.
